Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Permanent – Onsite – Dublin 6
Here at Osborne we are currently seeking a Letting Negotiator for our client within the property sector based in Dublin 6. With a reputation for excellence, Our client are committed to providing high quality service to both buyers and sellers.
The team is driven by a shared dedication to client satisfaction, and are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join the growing team.
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will play a vital role in connecting clients with their ideal properties. You'll be at the forefront of property transactions, assisting clients through the sales and rental process, from initial inquiries to closing deals.

Salary: €30K – €40K DOE + Commission

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property viewings, showcasing properties in their best light.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Handle inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Keep up-to-date with the local property market trends and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of property listings and client interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of local property markets and rental laws.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • PSRA license – Licensed in B,C,D
  • Good knowledge of the Dublin, Meath & Kildare Residential / Commercial Property Market and the RTB legislation
  • Ability to work on own initiative and generate new clients/business
  • Flexibility to cover appointments outside normal working hours
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Full driver's license and access to a vehicle.
