Business Development Specialist  

We are working with a fantastic start up in  North east/M1 corridor region  who are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join their expanding operation to develop a sales and growth strategy.  We are looking to find the right candidate who can bring this business to the next stage of their business growth. You will be engaging with existing clients and creating new corporate and wholesale clients. 
You will be working closely with the other areas of the business and senior management and be part of a committed and creative team 
You to bring your own experience and creativity to the role and to explore new areas and ideas for the business. You’ll be supported to grow into and expand your role as the business grows.

Salary and Benefits:

• €50,000-€55,000 DOE + Commission 
• Based on site –  North east/M1 corridor region  
• Growth within the business 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop aa cohesive sales/growth strategy to deliver on company goals
• Engage with corporate, export and wholesale client and generate new sales
• Maintaining relevant records and databases
• Manage contact and lead through CRM System
• Attending and assisting events (Trade, tasting, Brand distillery tours) 
• Experience within the FMCG sectors as this will be your key focused area. 

Key Requirements:

• Full clean driving license is essential
• Experience in Sales and Business Development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Assertive, confident, competitive, and energetic
• Experience with social media and content development
• 3+ years’ experience within a similar role 
• Creative with a portfolio to show your work
• An interest in the drinks industry is an advantage but not necessary
• Experience working on CRM System
