Administrator with Diary Management Experience – Dublin 3

Our client, a leading international organisation, is looking to recruit an Administrator/PA to join their team. This role, working as part of a busy and welcoming team, will be working on a hybrid basis from the Dublin 3 office.

This position will involve day to day administration support and PA support to members of the senior management team. This role will suit an enthusiastic, highly organised and personable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will ideally have 1 years+ experience working in a similar role and will also have experience providing support to members of senior management.

Responsibilities of the Administrator/PA:

  • Set up boardroom for meetings
  • Organise in house lunches as needed for guests and support any staff
  • Open weekly internal conference calls in the boardroom and distribute agenda's by email
  • Set up conference calls and go to meetings as requested
  • Co-ordinate meetings
  • Log and submit petty cash to Accounts each month
  • Diary management and travel arrangement both domestically and internationally
  • Booking of taxi's and trains for staff and visitors
  • Create and maintain expense reports
  • Adhoc administration duties e.g.  (i.e. organising couriers, copying, filing and faxing, creation of documents and helping with presentations)
  • Update in-house contact database with new business cards received back from travel and after meetings

Requirement of the Administrator/PA:

  • 1 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Personable and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise work
  • Self-motivated and excellent time management
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Proficient on MS Office Suite
