€40,000 – 45,000

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in facilities/operational management is essential.
BIFM or IFMA qualification in Facilities Management is preferable.
Hospitality/event management experience is advantageous.
Strong experience in a fast-moving environment is advantageous.
Proven experience in leading a team of employees and contractors to achieve service standards.
Ability to manage budgets and contractor relationships.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
Fluent in English and local language, additional European languages are beneficial.
The Job:
General Services:
Build and maintain relationships with service providers, security officers, emergency services, local authorities, and government agencies.
Monitor and assess service levels, attending contract review meetings.
Ensure compliance in all service delivery areas.
Collaborate with Security Manager and team leaders to maintain security standards.
Coordinate with site managers and team leaders to ensure task completion.
Support shift leaders in maintaining cleaning standards.
Manage service rota for proper resource allocation.
Attend service level meetings to ensure contracted service levels are met.
Monitor budgets and resource management.
Maintain stock levels and order necessary consumables.
Support planned maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
Supervise on-site maintenance work and ensure quality.
Understand parking operations and support strategic planning.
Manage contract service levels for parking operations.
Health and Safety – Business Continuity:
Support H&S policies and management plans.
Conduct contractor inductions and ensure adherence to regulations.
Comply with Business Continuity Plan.
Participate in H&S meetings and training.
Additional Services & Duties:
Support various additional services, including waste management, landscaping, customer service, and more.
Understand and support various projects related to sustainability, property management, brand communications, and more.
Support Retail and Marketing teams in event coordination.
Maintain communication with Retail and Development teams.
