Programme Manager – Temporary – Dublin 4

Here at Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Programme Manager on behalf of our client based in Dublin 4. Please note that this role is an ongoing temporary post based fully onsite in Dublin 4.
As a Programme Manager for the Local Authority Unit, you will be at the forefront of creating a seamless experience for our participants and ensuring the effective operation of customised programmes.

Salary:

  • €21.23 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration, organisation, and execution of tailored programmes within the Local Authority Unit.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for participants, client organizations, and programme deliverers, ensuring clear and timely communication of all relevant details.
  • Manage files and resources for Local Authority unit programmes, maintaining impeccable organization.
  • Ensure a flexible, responsive, and efficient service to both deliverers and participants.
  • Collaborate to ensure availability of necessary learning resources, including e-learning platforms.
  • Facilitate participant onboarding and communication through Moodle pages.
  • Coordinate extensive schedules of webinars and manage webinar recordings.
  • Assist in addressing student, lecturer, and participant inquiries.
  • Prepare reports on programme completion and issue certificates.
  • Manage Moodle sites, pre-recorded video lectures, and assessment quizzes.
  • Develop timetables, attendance lists, and manage participant attendance.
  • Handle queries from participants, faculty, and clients.
  • Liaise with central administrative offices for participant inquiries.
  • Lead course evaluation process, implementing improvements based on feedback.
  • Utilize learning management systems for in-person and virtual delivery.
  • Handle payments, expenses, and invoices in a timely manner.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' professional experience in academic & programme operations or management within a large organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of guiding cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
