We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in Dunboyne in Meath. If you would like to be part of a fast growing company with Site Management skills in the construction industry this role could be for you.
Job Description
Project Managing and supervision of all out projects with a particular emphasis on our conservation and restoration projects;
Develop project plans and schedule works
Liaising with Design Temas
Work to resolve site issues
Manage the day to day site operations of subcontractors and Murcom employees on site
Ensure highest level of health and safety is upheld at all time
Responsible for on-site or package contractors’ progress and programme
Monthly review with the Programme and Project Manager of all aspects of the project
Providing advice to Design Teams, subcontractors and direct employees
Control of drawings, technical submittals, benchmarks, and requests for information via the relevant document control system for each project
Highlighting areas of concern on any part of the contract
Attending regular Site Meetings and communicate effectively with company Directors & Quantity Surveyors.
Requirements:
Degree in Building Surveying/Project Management (Or working towards their degree)
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
Computer literate
Ability to work successfully as part of a team demonstrating effective interpersonal skills
