Here in Osborne, we are currently seeking an Office Admin to join our client, based in Ballinasloe. The ideal candidate will have prior relevant experience and be tech-savvy.
Salary Range: €25,000 – €30,000

The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in administrative roles, preferably with a tech focus
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality results
Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
Previous receptionist or office coordinator experience is desirable but not essential
Manage the reception area, warmly welcoming customers and clients
Address queries via letter, email, or phone, directing individuals to appropriate departments
Foster strong relationships with distribution channels
Handle meeting scheduling
Efficiently manage the office calendar, facilitating effective communication between departments
Coordinate with vendors, IT, phone, and building personnel as needed
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records with meticulous attention to detail
Assist with in-house system record maintenance
Handle Post Office and bank runs when needed
Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations
Address operational issues promptly and liaise with vendors
Acquire product knowledge to effectively sell, upsell, and cross-sell products meeting customer needs.
