Sales Support Administrator  – Permanent – €30.000 – €32,000 – Dublin 11

Today we are seeking a Sales Support Administrator for our client who are based in Dublin 11
As Sales Support Admin, you will have outstanding attention to detail, a high level of accuracy & be Proactive and Enthusiastic with a hunger to progress.

Salary & Benefits

• €30,000 – €32,000 DOE
• Onsite Parking
• Monday – Friday working onsite
• Permanent Contract

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of sales orders and daily sale file uploads  
• Input data onto inhouse system
• Manage and resolve customer queries and credit claims 
• Ensure customer delivery requirements are met
• Reporting on sales information
• Inputting Figures & Data to Excel Spreadsheets / Tables
• Running Reports
• General Administration relative to Sales Department

 Essential Experience:

• 2-3 years of Administration Experience
• Background in FMCG
• Full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel)
• Experienced using ERP to process Sales Orders
• Strong Communication skills
• Working onsite Monday – Friday onsite in Dublin 11
