Business Development Executive

Osborne are delighted to be working with a leading multinational company in their specific field who are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team covering the Cork and Kerry region.

Salary & Benefits: 

• Salary: €35K – €40K DOE
• Monday – Friday
• Company Vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the customer base in the Cork/Kerry region by building lasting relationships.
• Achieve sales objectives and KPI’s set by the National sales manager.
• Generate leads by speaking to customers regarding all available products.
• Plan, organize and implement effective strategies using all company programs, tools and initiatives to increase market share.
• Respond in a timely fashion to any queries customers may have and ensure follow up actions are complete if required, providing excellent service levels to customers.
• Manage time effectively and profitably by planning weekly/monthly routes.
• Participate in all company training programs/sales meetings as instructed by the National sales manager.

Requirements:

• 2 years Business Development/Account Management/Field sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good attention to detail skills.
• Full clean driving license.
