Osborne are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Print Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. As the Print Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be a key member of the senior management and leadership team.
The Perks:
Salary €60,000 upwards

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy to accelerate the company’s growth
Increase profitable turnover by attracting new customers and elevating the company's profile
Manage new and existing clients, meeting their service criteria and expectations
Work alongside the MD to create a successful and pleasant working environment for all staff
Act as a key decision maker, taking responsibility for the outcome
Develop new systems to enhance operational efficiency
Provide strategic contributions to discussions and policies that impact all parts of the organisation
Oversee staff management – hiring, retention, and dismissal of staff when necessary
Requirements:
Previous experience or knowledge of the print industry is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to make clear decisions and take ownership
Ability to network and build key relationships with business leaders
Demonstrated experience in financial negotiations and decision-making
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at a senior level
Strong knowledge and experience in sales and marketing
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, including data analysis and putting forward tenders
Excellent people management and leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving results
