Print Sales Executive

Our client is a leading print company based in Naas. With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, they have established themselves as a key player in the market. Osborne are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Print Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. As the Print Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be a key member of the senior management and leadership team.

The Perks:

  • Salary €60,000 upwards

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy to accelerate the company’s growth
  • Increase profitable turnover by attracting new customers and elevating the company's profile
  • Manage new and existing clients, meeting their service criteria and expectations
  • Work alongside the MD to create a successful and pleasant working environment for all staff
  • Act as a key decision maker, taking responsibility for the outcome
  • Develop new systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide strategic contributions to discussions and policies that impact all parts of the organisation
  • Oversee staff management – hiring, retention, and dismissal of staff when necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous experience or knowledge of the print industry is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to make clear decisions and take ownership
  • Ability to network and build key relationships with business leaders
  • Demonstrated experience in financial negotiations and decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at a senior level
  • Strong knowledge and experience in sales and marketing
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, including data analysis and putting forward tenders
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving results
