Osborne are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our client as a Training Coordination Administrator. As a key member of member of the Education Team, you will be responsible for managing the coordination and administration of various educational and training programs. The ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years of strong coordination experience and a solid background in administration.
Location: Dublin 2 – Onsite
Salary: €35K ++
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of education and training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of training events and workshops.
Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and documentation.
Handle inquiries from participants and provide prompt and helpful responses.
Manage registration processes and maintain accurate attendee records.
Collaborate with trainers and instructors to ensure they have the necessary resources and support for successful program delivery.
Conduct evaluations and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of new training initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education and training coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).
Proven experience in coordinating educational or training programs for at least 2-3 years.
Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in managing schedules, records, and budgets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
A passion for education and professional development.
Qualifications:
Experience in the coordination of online or virtual training programs.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software.
Previous work in a similar role within the education or corporate training sector.
