Quality Administrator on a 6 – 12 month contract located in North Dublin – Immediate start!

Salary:
€50,000 – €55,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for annual schedule of Quality Committee meetings
Setting the agenda and compiling documentation for review at Quality Committee
Managing QA projects generated by the Quality Committee
Presenting and reporting to Academic Council, Governing Body and Ceannairí na Ranna as requested
Providing advice on planning and policy development.
Drafting documents, writing reports and contributing to the development of policies and procedures underpinning the work of the Academic Council, Quality Committee and associated quality structures;
Managing the QA aspects of the Linked Provider relationship with TCD, including preparation/submission of reports, periodic reviews etc.
Ensuring the full approval process is completed for Linked Provider QA processes with TCD
Managing Policy and Procedures review and development
Maintaining the central records system for Policies and Procedures
Ensuring the Policies and Procedures section of the Institute website is complete, up-to-date and regularly reviewed;
Providing support to the Programme Validation and Programmatic Review Processes;
Assisting Heads of Department in programme development and delivery options;
Managing the internal academic quality implementation and audit;
Ensuring that the scheduling requirements to support the effective operation and delivery of the various assignments / activities are fully satisfied in a timely and professional manner;
Ensuring the timely production and dissemination of statistical reports, agendas, minutes and such other reports as may be required from time to time;
Preparing such working papers, submissions, recommendations, policy and procedures as may be required to enhance key areas of cross Institute administration and operation;
Undertaking such other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Quality Officer or similar role, demonstrating a track record of improving quality processes.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Quality auditor certification (desired but not mandatory).
