As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes. Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR compliance and recommend improvements when necessary.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Administer and maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and leave records.
Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Support the compensation and benefits process, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benefits administration.
Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and HR initiatives.
Handle employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
In-depth knowledge of Irish employment laws and regulations.
Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is desirable but not required.
