Management Accountant – FTC – Cavan

Are you a Part Qualified or Fully Qualified Accountant seeking a contract role? We are hiring for Management Accountant for our client based in Co.Cavan! This is a great opportunity to join a global leading company on a 9 month contract.

What you will receive:

• Salary – €50,000
• Hybrid working
• Onsite parking

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the monthly management accounts and statutory bi-annual accounts
• Production of weekly & monthly manufacturing variance reports
• Management of fixed assets for the plant
• Calculation of monthly stock provisions
• Calculation of the warranty provision
• Maintenance of the regular overhead costs including month end accruals for outstanding invoices, insurance, late expenses etc.
• Completion of balance sheet reconciliations
• Approvals of invoices
• Preparation of Vat, RCT & other Tax Returns
• Assist in the Year End Audit
• Other Ad hoc

Requirements:

• Qualified or Part Qualified CIMA / ACCA /ACA
• Excellent IT skills
• Experience with SAP is desired
