Personal Lines Broker – Permanent – Dublin 2 Osborne Recruitment, Ireland's leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join our prestigious client in the insurance industry. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client satisfaction. Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Salary: €35K DOE
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Personal Lines Manager as a two-person team, contributing to the success of our facility business to commercial lines division.
Work with a diverse range of existing clients, handling mid-term adjustments, servicing renewal books, and developing new business opportunities in various areas, including household, high net worth household, private motor, commercial motor, motor fleet, and apartment blocks.
Retain our existing client base through proactive mid-term adjustments and provide new business quotes to expand our market reach.
Handle personal lines claims efficiently, from initial notification to settlement, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for our valued clients.
Requirements:
Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and exceptional customer care skills, reflecting our commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Possess in-depth and expert knowledge of insurance products available in the market, enabling you to provide accurate and comprehensive advice to clients.
Maintain compliance standards and adhere to regulatory guidelines to ensure ethical practices.
Exhibit a customer-first attitude, placing client satisfaction at the forefront of all interactions.
Familiarity with Open I, and experience with the Relay/Applied Quote systems would be highly advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and good keyboard skills are essential for efficient documentation and communication.
Hold the necessary qualifications as required by the Central Bank minimum competency code, with a keen interest in further professional development.
Minimum of 2-3 years of similar experience in an insurance brokerage, demonstrating your expertise in personal lines insurance.
