Administrator

Osborne Recruitment are currently working with a client based in North Dublin.
They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client’s team  in North Dublin on a 6 month contract basis.
The company are a dynamic and rapidly growing organization operating within the Engineering industry.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. The Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. You will be working with and directly to the CFO.

Salary:

  • €30,000-€32,000
  • Immediate start

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Cross checking all documents before sending out
  • Prepare and process forms
  • Retrieve and provide information to internal and external stakeholders upon request.
  • Draft and proof-read documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as cross-checking expenses, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain records of financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Identify and address administrative issues or challenges proactively.
  • Propose process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
