In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the onsite and field service team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and organising travel arrangements.
Data Management: Assist in organising and maintaining digital marketing data, including campaign reports, analytics, and customer databases. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data, and generate reports as required.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with the management team to facilitate project management and coordination efforts. Assist in setting up project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring and tracking digital marketing budget and expenses. Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and purchase orders, and reconcile financial data as needed.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and agencies to ensure smooth operations. Assist in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing vendor relationship management.
Digital Asset Management: Organise and maintain digital assets such as images, videos, and marketing materials. Ensure easy access and proper version control for all team members.
Communication Support: Facilitate internal and external communication for the digital marketing team. Draft and proofread documents, create presentations, and maintain communication channels such as email lists and newsletters.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and digital marketing best practices. Summarize findings and provide recommendations to the team.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, project management software, and social media platforms. Experience with digital asset management systems is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with team members, external vendors, and clients.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and generate insights to support digital marketing initiatives.
Resourcefulness: Proactive and resourceful in finding solutions and overcoming challenges. Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to assist with various tasks as required.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive information and interactions with stakeholders.
