Our client, a leading player in the Irish property market, is seeking a dynamic and talented Property Administrator to join their esteemed team based in Dublin 2. Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:30 AM start Monday to Friday
  • Early finish at 4 PM on Fridays

Salary & Benefits:

  • €28,000
  • 20 days annual leave (increasing each year)

Responsibilities:
As a Property Administrator you will be responsible for a range of vital tasks, including:

  • Providing comprehensive tenancy management functions as part of a collaborative team
  • Handling tenant queries and requests on a daily basis, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions
  • Addressing maintenance issues reported by tenants and coordinating necessary repairs and improvements
  • Liaising with maintenance contractors, obtaining competitive quotes for work, and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Managing utility transfers and related administrative tasks
  • Collaborating closely with the lettings team to facilitate a smooth transition from vacant to occupied properties
  • Reviewing invoices and processing payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date tenancy paperwork, ensuring proper filing and record-keeping
  • Assisting with general office administration duties as required

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone etiquette
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Confident in dealing with clients, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to achieve results
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience with the Letman system would be advantageous but not essential
