Monday to Friday
9:30 AM start Monday to Friday
Early finish at 4 PM on Fridays
Salary & Benefits:
€28,000

Responsibilities: As a Property Administrator you will be responsible for a range of vital tasks, including:
Providing comprehensive tenancy management functions as part of a collaborative team
Handling tenant queries and requests on a daily basis, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions
Addressing maintenance issues reported by tenants and coordinating necessary repairs and improvements
Liaising with maintenance contractors, obtaining competitive quotes for work, and ensuring timely completion of projects
Managing utility transfers and related administrative tasks
Collaborating closely with the lettings team to facilitate a smooth transition from vacant to occupied properties
Reviewing invoices and processing payments accurately and efficiently
Maintaining organized and up-to-date tenancy paperwork, ensuring proper filing and record-keeping
Assisting with general office administration duties as required
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone etiquette
Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
Confident in dealing with clients, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to achieve results
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience with the Letman system would be advantageous but not essential
