Osborne Recruitment are looking for a Engineering Support Administrator to join a leading engineering supplies company.
This is a full-time permanent position based near Douglas.

What you will be doing:
- Provide accurate and timely technical/commercial support and advice to existing and prospective customers.
- Interpret customer inquiries and prepare/issue subsequent quotations.
- Assist and advise customers in resolving technical issues or queries related to the product portfolio.
- Ensure advice provided is accurate, current, and leads to successful resolution of inquiries.
- Responsible for awareness and action of personal, departmental, and company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Meet deadlines and work towards set team and departmental targets.
- Take Ownership and re-shape current processes
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by company management.
What you need:
- Experience in a Technical sales role or relevant educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines would be advantageous.
- Demonstrates commercial awareness when interacting with customers and supply chain partners
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at presentations, report writing, and verbal communication.
- Excellent administration and IT skills, including proficiency in MS 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
- Committed to achieving customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.
- Capable of working effectively as part of a team or independently.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, dedicated, and able to thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
