€35-40K – Concierge Supervisor – 1 Year FTC – Kildare Town Here at Osborne, we are excited to be working with our Kildare-based client in seeking a Concierge Supervisor to join their team on a one-year Fixed Term Contract. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality and/or retail background, as well as strong people management skills.
The Package:
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 per annum
23 days of annual leave

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, flexible, and IT literate
Multicultural experience and fluency in multiple languages (advantageous but not neccessary)
The Job:
Ensuring adherence to the Concierge Standard Operation Procedures
Supervising and assisting with cashiering procedures
Performing all tasks within the Concierge Centre
Welcoming guests and handling their enquiries
Providing reports on Guest Sentiment Surveys and addressing guest comments
Providing education and training to the Concierge team
Leading by example and offering an elevated service
Responding to guest inquiries and complaints
Monitoring concierge traffic and adjusting staffing accordingly
Promoting all services to all guests
Supervising the sale of gift cards
Compiling daily and weekly reports
Engaging in hospitality initiatives and supporting the CRM program
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies
Please note that this role includes weekend work, and hours will vary on a shift basis (5 over 7 days).
