We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Accountancy and Finance Professionals for various temporary assignments. Job Description:

  • As an Accountancy and Finance Professional, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in various accounting and finance functions on a temporary basis. This may include roles such as Accounts Payable/Receivable,¬†Financial Analysis, Taxation, Auditing, Payroll, Management Accounting, and more.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling financial statements.
  • Conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Assisting with tax preparation and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Participating in audit activities, including preparing documentation and conducting internal audits.
  • Managing payroll functions, including processing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Supporting the Finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve departmental and organizational goals.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a temporary or contract capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and relevant software/tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively in fast-paced settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on diverse assignments as per client requirements.
  • Availability for temporary assignments in the North East region of Ireland.
