We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Operations for our prestigious client in the education sector. This is a unique opportunity to join a reputable college in Dublin and make a significant impact on its growth and success.

Job Title: Director of Operations
Salary: €65,000 DOE
Location: Dublin 2, Ireland

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning and management of the college, including the strategic planning of resources required to efficiently run the college, such as staff and facilities.
  • Managing the college's current application for accreditation to QQI, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and standards.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with external bodies and other relevant educational organizations.
  • Overseeing the establishment of new centres in Ireland and overseas, driving expansion efforts and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Spearheading the development of new courses, staying abreast of industry trends and demands to create innovative and market-responsive educational programs.
  • Exploring and implementing new methods of course delivery, such as online and blended learning, to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborating with our Irish Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to actively recruit international students for our esteemed Irish University partners.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of successful leadership and management within the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish education regulations, accreditation processes, and external bodies.
  • Experience in establishing and growing educational centers or campuses, both domestically and internationally.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and launch new courses, leveraging market insights and industry demands.
  • Familiarity with online and blended learning platforms, and the ability to implement innovative delivery methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking mindset, with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional education and creating a supportive learning environment.
