Osborne are recruiting for a HR Administrator on the behalf of our client in Dublin.

Recruitment
Welcome new staff, make introductions to colleagues and provide welcome pack (staff policies, codes, keys, etc)
Oversee induction processes including completion of starter forms
Ensure that the probation period for new starters is managed appropriately
Payroll and Other Benefits
Provide monthly information (for eg starters, leavers, sick leave, AVCs, income continuance) to the external payroll provider in the prescribed format, liaising with the Finance Secretariat in the process
Act as the point of contact with pension administrators with regard to new entrants, leavers and retirees
Act as the point of contact for the income continuance plan for staff members on long term sick leave.
Time Management System Software:
Responsible for system management and administering of the HR TMS to record all leave types and working hours
Communicate with staff around period end balances and requirements (clearing anomalies etc)
Manage the period and year end processes
Regular reporting on leave status
Liaise with HR TMS supplier around updates or changes to the system.
Administrative:
Refer parish HR queries to outsourced HR supplier
Assist with recruitment campaigns, eg advertising roles, development of job descriptions
Respond to routine correspondence from diocesan staff relating to HR via email, phone and in-person
Update and maintain staff member personal files, manually & electronically, ensuring that accurate records are kept; Be the daily point of contact with outsourced HR supplier
Arrange and attend monthly meetings with outsourced HR supplier
Manage flexi-time and remote working policies in operation within Diocesan Offices
Ensure all invoices relating to the HR Office are processed for payment swiftly
Sourcing training courses for staff members in Diocesan Offices
IT and Telephony Support:
Carry out diocesan responsibilities under the SLA with the IT managed services supplier
Manage IT queries from staff, logging calls with IT managed services supplier where necessary
Manage the activities for periodic attendance of the on-site service engineer.
Knowledge (Education & Related Experience):
3rd level HR or other business qualification is desirable
5 years’ previous HR administrative experience
Understanding of employment legislation and codes of practice
