Osborne Recruitment are recruiting for a client in North Dublin for an Outbound Call Agent/ Telesales or Lead Generator.
Salary & benefits:
Salary 32k
23 days plus Bank/Public Holidays and service days as applicable
Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (1 hour for lunch) 37.5 hours
Role:
Complete outbound call campaigns to potential customers as directed by the Business Development Manager.
Meet or exceed call and appointment setting targets on a weekly basis.
Increase enquiry and appointment levels.
Actively seek to cleanse current CRM database and to increase the number of contacts and accounts.
Discover, qualify and secure opportunities for our Irish commercial teams to meet “face to face” with key business prospects and suspects.
Ensure that all enquiries generated via your activity are processed in a timely manner, qualified, passed to the most appropriate customer facing person and tracked to final conclusion.
Responsibilities:
Consider and feedback improvement ideas or suggestions to increase the effectiveness of Business Development activity.
Assist other team members as needed e.g. Hire Co-Ordinator’s and Regional Managers.
The ideal candidate must have:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel & Outlook)
1 year+ experience in an office environment is a requirement
Professional, flexible attitude with a strong work ethic and proven reliability in previous roles
Excellent telephone manner
Must be available to start immediately
Own transport is desirable as some of our client locations can be difficult to access on public transport (this is not a deal breaker & if you are using public transport we would like to hear from you regardless)
