Parts Advisor for our client, a leading car dealership, based in Naas, Co. Kildare
A full and valid driver’s licence is essential for this role
Motor industry is desirable but not essential
Salary €28k (DOE)
Main Duties:
Maximise parts sale through retail, trade and service customers
Use the Electronic parts catalogue to obtain correct parts orders
Use the Dealer Management System to obtain parts prices and quantities
Complete customers parts estimates in a timely manner
Co-ordinate & carry out daily parts deliveries
To assist retail and trade customers with all parts requests.
Assist in receiving parts into stock in line with department procedures
Promote accessories sales
Assist in Annual Stock Check
Review stock inventory
Warranty Processing
Skills Required:
Experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential as all training will be given
Experience in Kerridge would be an advantage
Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details
The ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
Works well under pressure
Has an honest, respectful and diligent approach to work with a strong sense of integrity
