Are you an experienced Pension Administrator looking for exciting opportunities in the heart of Dublin? Look no further! We are currently hiring Pension Administrators for multiple companies in Dublin, offering temporary, contract, and permanent positions.
As a Pension Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing pension schemes and ensuring the smooth administration of retirement plans for our clients. You will collaborate closely with team members and key stakeholders to provide exceptional service and support in all aspects of pension administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process pension applications, contributions, transfers, and withdrawals accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date member records and perform regular data reconciliations.
  • Generate pension statements, benefit calculations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to member inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with pension regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, audits, and regulatory filings as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, changes in legislation, and best practices in pension administration.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in pension administration is essential.
  • Solid understanding of pension schemes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in pension administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
