We are currently hiring Accounts Assistants for multiple roles with our prestigious clients in Dublin City Centre.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in a finance team, supporting various financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience and exposure to various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and perform data entry tasks.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred but not essential.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
