Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and perform data entry tasks.
Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred but not essential.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
