We are delighted to be working with our client who are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join their team on a full time permanent basis in Cork.

Salary: €40k

Responsibilities:
Supervise goods-in and goods-out processes inclusive of identification and traceability transactional requirements in accordance with governing HACCP and DAFM regulations.
Liaise between office and warehouse teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Ensure order dispatch of goods on agreed timelines.
Manage staff workload, training requirements, time & attendance and productivity in compliance with relevant legislation.
Create and maintain high standards of Health & Safety.
Co-ordinate customer stock checks as required.
Drive quality and operations performance metrics across the business.
Requirements:
2 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable.
Proven people management skills.
Counter-balance forklift experience necessary; reach truck experience an advantage.
Must demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and an ability to perform under pressure.
Experience of stock management software an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
Strong computer knowledge / ability.
