Sales Manager – Dublin 2 – Permanent

We are recruiting a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager on behalf of our client based in Dublin 2. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that helps people and businesses aspire to a better future and empowers them to get there. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle. You will help expand the customer base for their career guidance and testing services.

Salary and Benefits:

• 30,000 – 35,000 + Commission
• Central Location
• Remote and Hybrid working options

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and be accountable for sales targets
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and Hiring Managers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction
• Monitor industry trends and competitors, adjusting sales strategies accordingly
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's services

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling training courses to professionals.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HR industry trends and best practices.
