We are recruiting for a HR manager on the behalf of our client in Bray on a full time-permanent basis. This role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to make the role their own and constantly reimagine how best to develop our Human Resources offering and instil World Class standards of employee interaction.
Duties will include:
Manage the company recruitment processes for all staff to include sourcing, interviewing and selection of candidates in line with Company HR planning and strategy
Manage the probation, retention, engagement, dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and appraisals of staff
Keeping all staff files up to date and in line with GDPR
Be the point of contact for general HR queries and provide guidance and support to Managers on all HR processes, programmes, policies and initiatives
Develop, implement and monitor HR policies, processes and procedures that will promote optimum management and employee satisfaction in compliance with all relevant legislation
Manage organisational induction and on-board training
Complete KPIs on a monthly basis
Organising staff training & development
Development and implement initiatives to encourage employee attention and retention
Job Qualifications & Required Skills:
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
HR qualification
Excellent knowledge of best practice in relation to HR
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to work within a team environment
Possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven and a skilled communicator with a visible sense of urgency in their daily routine, whose first thought will always be “is this in the customer’s best interest?”. Able to communicate effectively at all levels, unafraid to voice sometimes unpopular opinion ,can think on his/her feet and is agile in order to effect changes in the HR environment in line with changing customer or market requirements and employee or legislative imperatives.
