Working with a leading food supplier who specialize in Ireland’s leading coffee. They are currently looking to hire a Commercial Channel Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the revenue, margin and profitability for the assigned Channels outlined to you.  This will cover the Leinster region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with this leading brand and share this amazing work culture.  It is a permanent role, base salary 40-45k, with OTE on top, many benefits to include Car, Laptop, Pension, Phone included, Fuel Card and Staff Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Direct Commercial Channel Growth within assigned Channels, Customers & Territories.
• Cross functional collaboration working alongside various people in Marketing, Category Management, Technical, Commercial Finance to grow your Channels.
• Plan, manage and implement sales activities that deliver sales, contribution, and net profitability targets for all channels that you own.
• Manage Equipment & Service solutions
• Coordinate with Field Sales Manager to ensure our Channel Specialists are continuing to develop their customer base
• Identify and execute plans for new Business opportunities and profitable organic growth within the designated Channels.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentation decks.

Skill required:

• Substantial experience in a commercial sales position within the Hot Beverage and or Foodservice sector, Coffee would be highly desirable.
• Highly skilled influencer and negotiator
• Ability to spot opportunities
• Adept in customer facing situations with excellent presentation skills
• Ability to network internally and externally
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven capacity to build relationships within teams
