Here at Osborne, we are hiring a Business Development Executive on behalf of our client, one of Ireland’s leading managed services providers of technical and Microsoft solutions based in Galway, Ireland. The ideal candidate will come from a strong technical background with experience in managed services. This role is hybrid, both field and home/office based with the ideal candidate being located in the West of Ireland. ***Candidates MUST HAVE their own vehicle and a full clean driving license***
Package:
Salary €40,000+ DOE (negotiable)
Uncapped commission

Responsibilities:
Originating, managing and closing complex bespoke solution-oriented deals
Seeking new sales prospects through your own initiative, networking, referrals and partner relationships
Managing partner relationships and working on joint bids and partner referrals
Working with internal stakeholders such as Business Analysts and Solutions Architects to define a suitable solution for target clients
Preparing and conducting sales presentations in conjunction with colleagues
Managing a sales pipeline to ensure projected revenue targets are achieved
Working as a key member of the team in developing and implementing our sales strategy and new business initiatives
Requirements:
Candidates MUST HAVE their own vehicle and a full clean driving licence
A demonstrable track record of building and delivering a successful Managed Services and/or Microsoft Cloud solutions sales pipeline in the B2B market
A credible track record in cloud/security solutions in a complex and competitive market
A proven track record demonstrating your ability to source and close new business
Experience leading complex bid teams with Exec level engagement
Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish a trusted working relationship with a broad range of stakeholders
A consultative approach in order to work autonomously as required
The ability to accommodate regular travel within Ireland and possibly the UK
