Refrigeration Engineer – Onsite Monday – Friday in Dublin 11 – Permanent – Salary DOE &  Benefits to include Healthcare / Pension / Onsite Parking / 25 Days AL after 2 years of service

We are currently recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Technical Refrigeration Engineer for our client in Dublin 11.
As an onsite Tech Sales Engineer you will have a strong technical background in Refrigeration / HVAC systems, be based onsite in Dublin 11 & will work with an existing dynamic team while interacting with existing customers.

Salary & Benefits:

• 20 Days AL (Up to  25 days after 2 years of service)

Essential Requirements:

• Manage and expand existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure customer needs are met.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product selection, system design, and installation assistance.
• Elevate your product knowledge to the next level while learning from industry experts and manufacturers of tools, parts & capital equipment.

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years Refrigeration & Air Con Engineering industry experience. Commercial knowledge a distinct advantage.
• Good Refrigeration & AC knowledge with proven trouble shooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Willing to up skill via training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Capable of a flexible & adaptable approach to work.
