Job Purpose: Person will be responsible for preparation and managing overall Budget process, Financial statements, Taxation, Statutory & Legal Compliances.

Key Responsibilities
Monthly closure of books of accounts as per relevant accounting Standards and IFRS guidelines.
Monthly variance analysis of Budgets vs Actuals with detailed comments
Highlights major deviations in advance and prepared revised forecast on quarterly basis.
Ensure Direct, Indirect and Local tax compliances through local tax and accounting firm
Manage Legal and Corporate secretarial compliances through local tax firm
Identifying and managing relationship with local tax and accounting consultants
Ensure compliance with all group Polices/accounting standard
Prepare regional credit policy and ensure timely collection of money from travel agents
Manage relationship with insurance companies
Manage Overrides /Kick back agreement from suppliers and customers.
Manage all bank, payment gateways relationships locally.
Ensure timely reconciliations of payment gateways and bank reconciliation and identify and report any differences.
Ownership of Monthly reconciliation and importing of files from booking system to Dynamics
Responsible for coordination of annual/quarterly audits with Statutory auditors.
Eligibility
5+ years of experience managing General ledger accounting , taxation and Controllership
Prior experience of Global MNC having office in Ireland/Switzerland or worked in Reputed Audit firm.
Person must have good understanding of IFRS, Local taxation, Transfer pricing law.
Highly Analytical, Data driven person with startup mind set and high on Ownership
Energetic, Problem solver
Can be part or fully qualified.
