We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team and support this growth. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibility: owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, leading searches & candidate engagement, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. You will play a critical role in providing full resourcing services to the client, ensuring that we meet a rapidly growing business's ongoing needs, and working with every other team in the business. You will help with onboarding, employee events, and building of company culture during our growth in 2023 and 2024.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their recruiting and HR experience in a fast-moving start-up organization that aligns to technical, sales, and customer success roles. 

  • You will partner with senior leaders across the company to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to meet the demand
  • Focus on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each role
  • Strategize on building pipelines of qualified candidates from a variety of sources
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry
  • Identify, engage, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Understand how to best use data to influence decisions and continuously improve our overall effectiveness

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for Onboarding and Inductions
  • Responsible for new hire and leaver process and co-ordination with IT. 
  • Assistance with Employee Experience Programs. 
  • Responsible for new hire and leaver process and co-ordination with IT. 
  • Assisting our social activities and day-to-day HR organization within the company
  • Support the CEO with other ad-hoc projects and duties. 

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Engineering, Customer Success and Product recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with hiring senior engineering profiles
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
  • Experience researching and market mapping to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask; simultaneously building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the process
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sourcing metrics, drawing insights, and translating into action.
