Salary & Benefits:
HYBRID
Salary €45,000 / €55,000
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and assist in implementing consumer marketing plans for our Priority brands, in line with Brand guidelines and strategy.
Engage with agencies in developing & creating digital marketing campaigns delivering greater awareness and consumer engagement for our priority brands.
Contribute & assist in implementing ATL activity including creative development and media selection.
Manage design projects, with a particular focus on Trade materials, Point of Sale & online in line with Brand Guidelines.
Coordinate all packaging re-engineering & re-designs with relevant team / agency
Coordinate any re-designs/ maintenance & manage branded websites
Monitor sales and other reports continuously, to turn data information into consumer insight.
Analyse the success of marketing campaigns.
Using consumer market insight & sales data, participate in new product development in line with Company plans.
Assist with the execution of any new product launches by coordinating launch plans
Champion new opportunities, latest market trends /fresh ideas in relation to our products through the business.
Provide and manage marketing support to the Sales team when required.
Communicate with field sales team on and on-going basis to ensure store promotions and brand communications are successful at store level.
Develop and coordinate all field sales promotional selling tools based on cycle priority
Manage marketing budgets – briefs, quotes & invoices in line with agreed spends.
3rd Level Degree Holder of a business or marketing related degree.
3-4 years marketing and commercial experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in managing Social Media channels; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.
Requirements
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
3rd Level Degree Holder of a business or marketing related degree.
3-4 years marketing and commercial experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
