Duties & Responsibilities:
proactively build, plan, and execute the priority brands marketing Strategy focused on paid, earn and owned social media ensuring we are future focused and consistently assessing opportunities to build brand awareness.
Lead our best-in-class communications strategy – targeting our key stakeholders.
Own our priority brands identity, story and strategy
Brand Revenue management lead for OTC portfolio; Own the P&L, drive the portfolio optimisation agenda, Input into pricing strategy & trade investment.
Own the marketing budget ensuring the spend is delivering a tangible return on investment.
New product development – lead the innovation agenda through the group structure through the Stage & Gate process.
Lead & develop our Marketing Team across Content Strategy, Digital Marketing and Innovation.
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business ensuring input on various marketing activities.
Provide marketing expertise and guidance to the wider organisation.
Work collaboratively with Sales team ensuring our brand plans translate into customer account plans.
Member of the Commercial Leadership Team
Requirements:
Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
8 years’+ experience in marketing related roles within a dynamic business environment ideally in the pharmaceutical industry although FMCG considered als
Proven ability to manage and lead a team to pro-actively and strategically deliver results with a keen focus on attention to detail
Proven track record in communicating, presenting, and influencing at all levels.
Global perspective; strong business and industry acumen.
