Are you a project manager with over 5 years’ experience? Have you worked within the pharmaceutical industry and looking for a new opportunity? This is a newly created role to work within the pharma industry and join an ever-growing company, they are growing significantly in Ireland and globally.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary €60,000 / €80,000
Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaise with CFO/COO to make decisions in relation to operational activities and set strategic goals
Reassess and review daily KPIs at manufacturing sites
Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organisational objectives and apply continual improvements – this is across all areas of supply chain, production, and IT.
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics
Project manage various initiatives as the need arises such as deciding whether we outsource/insource various functions, assist with due diligence on acquisition opportunities, assist with viability analysis on new line extensions/product opportunities.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (an ability to prepare and interpret a profit and loss account would be a distinct advantage)
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Experience in the pharmaceutical Industry will be a key differentiating factor
