We are currently recruiting a Business Development Executive, this is a brand new role within the growing Entertainment Organisation Centre, this role you can make it your own also working closely with the owner to reach strong achievable goals. Within this role you will be on the road and in control of your own day, reaching out to corporate businesses, schools and sporting clubs, You will have also support from a  lead generator who will be office based and feeding out leads to you. 

The purpose of this role is to generate new business for all seasons for this operation. 

This will be an immediate start for the right candidate. 

Salary & Benefits:

• €45,000 – €50,000 DOE 
• Phone and laptop provided.
• Bonus Scheme.
• Own car required but diesel card and wear and tear and servicing allowance.

Duties:

• Meeting customers’ needs while obtaining new bookings from new potential clients/customers.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective Clients.
• Preparing weekly reports and reporting back to management. 
• Generating Leads, obtaining bookings, establishing new accounts by planning, and organising daily work schedule to drive these new booking's. 
• Monthly targets to be achieved. 
• Been on the road Monday – Thursday then office based on Friday. 
• Meeting with Corporate, public sector, schools and sports & clubs. 

Skills:

• Full clean driving license is essential
• Target driven, with a strong sales focus and desire to exceed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Assertive, confident, competitive, and energetic
• Ultimately self-motivated and able to push through rejection to deliver sales KPIs
• Competitive individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of team
• Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken
• Previous field sales experience advantageous but not essential.
