Here at Osborne we are excited to be working with our client, a leading engineering company based in Athlone, Co. Westmeath, in seeking a Procurement Site Lead for their Procurement and Inventory management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation of the MRO stores

The Ideal Candidate:
2-5 years experience in procurement/stores activities preferably in a GMP commercial manufacturing environment
Previous experience with engineering spare parts
Proficiency using ERP systems ie SAP Maximo Oracle etc is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
Fluency in English essential and must be confident in dealing with clients and vendors
Flexible approach to all areas of the role
Excellent people skills with a focus on building and strengthening the client relationship
A strong focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientated
The Role:
Complying with Health & Safety
Day to Day operation of the MRO stores while maintaining a high level of GMP compliance
Liaising with Engineers and other Client staff
To aid with trouble shooting and resolving operational problems
Sourcing supplies for our clients and providing quotes
Adding new parts, replenishment of existing parts, inventory
Acquiring purchase orders from our clients to support the quote
Creating sales orders
Matching client purchase orders to sales orders and despatching invoices
Ordering from our suppliers and providing purchase order numbers=
Monitoring open orders for clients and following up on items delayed
Reporting to Utilities and Facilities lead of any delays or issues with daily, weekly & monthly reporting
Adherence to strict deadlines, providing timely, accurate information
Cycle counting of parts
Other ad hoc duties
