Location: Outside Ballincollig
Full time Permanent role.
Salary: €35 – €40K
What you will be doing:
Assisting the manager with daily operations across the store
Rostering and coordination of staff.
Delivering financial KPI's, controlling margins and driving sales.
Managing performance of team.
Managing weekly stock takes.
What you will need:
2 years retail management or supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly.
effective leadership and the ability to motivate others.
