Responsibilities:
Managing a team of engineers in the Munster region.
Managing service schedules ensuring that all services are carried out on time.
Ensuring all service audits are complete and that all KPI’s are met.
Account management.
Regular communication externally with customers and internally with senior management.
Providing support to service engineers.
Performance reviews with the team of service engineers.
Requirements:
Management experience.
Coming from a technical background.
Degree in engineering or similar discipline.
Be customer focused.
Excellent organisational skills.
Full clean driving licence.
