We are looking to hire an administrator with planning experience. This role is based in North Dublin and working with a medical organisation. Day to day you will be coordinating and scheduling engineers around the county and will be working with a team. This is a really nice organisation and team to get involved with. If you have strong administration and scheduling experience this could be the ideal job for you.
This is a full-time permanent role based in North Dublin. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Salary: €28,000 DOE Benefit: After probation 6 months– Healthcare Insurance 12 months Pension
Duties of the role include:
Dealing with customer and engineers on a daily basis re scheduling services
Updating reports for the Engineers
Generating monthly report for management and the team
Processing daily orders on internal system
Support incoming and outgoing correspondence
Ad hoc administration duties
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Coordinator/Scheduling experience
Excellent communication skills & Team working
Proficient in MS office suite,
High accuracy and attention to detail
Strong time management skills
