PA to Senior Management Team – Permanent – 2 days a week – Dublin 4

Are you a PA looking for a new exciting opportunity? Here at Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant/Team Administrator with excellent administrative experience. Our client is a well – established company within the professional services industry based in Dublin 4.

As the team PA you will support senior management in an environment that requires you to multi-task, prioritise and work collaboratively within a busy environment. This is a part – time, 2 days a week, permanent position based fully onsite in Dublin 4. This role will give the successful candidate a hands-on experience in providing professional services to corporate employees.

Salary: Up to 40K pro rata

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries and backgrounds
  • Liaising with clients and other stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Diary management for the senior management team
  • Audio typing on behalf of senior management
  • Coordinate meetings which will include preparation of relevant documentation, progressing actions with key stakeholders and administration duties as required
  • Carrying out research and produce reports as required
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive system of records and files
  • Ensure the overall efficiency of the Office of the Senior Management Team
  • Manage electronic filing and digital archiving systems for the Office of the Senior Management Team
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality of all correspondence received and all other activities within the Office of the Senior Management Team
  • Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure high quality client focused service is provided at all times

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience working as an administrator or similar
  • Proven strong typing skills
  • Prior experience within professional services is desirable
  • Dictaphone typing is ESSENTIAL
  • Prior experience managing busy diaries.
  • Excellent computer skills across Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • High level of discretion, collaboration, diplomacy and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
