*€50-60K – Data Manager – Naas, Co. Kildare*

Here in Osborne, we are excited to be seeking an experienced Data Manager to join our clients, based in Naas, Co. Kildare.
The Successful candidate will oversee the development and use of data systems, ensuring effective data management, secure procedures, and data analysis.

The Package:

  • €50,000 – €60,000
  • Competitive benefits package

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven Salesforce experience
  • Proficiency in data integration tools and Salesforce customization
  • Excellent communication and user support skills
  • Experience in report development and capturing functional requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data management roles
  • Experience with data warehousing methodologies & techniques
  • Experience with business intelligence reporting and reporting interface with ERP/CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and creativity skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Comfortable working both internally and externally
  • Strong technical ability in the use of data analytical tools, data mining, and data manipulation
  • Ability to design solutions that are easy to use and present data in a clear and concise way
  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent teamwork and negotiation skills

The Job:

  • Managing the Salesforce system, including development, maintenance, and administration
  • Enforcing data policies and procedures
  • Developing and maintaining data sandards
  • Integrating data from internal and external sources
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Managing relationships with external data providers
  • Providing support to users
  • Identifying and resolving data issues
