On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting a General – Operations Manager on a Permanent basis to run the day to day operations of a children's entertainment centre, this is an exciting opportunity to come join a fun, dynamic organisation who main objective is for people to have fun in. 
The successful candidate will need to have at least 4-5 years’ experience in an operational capacity, be energetic with excellent customer service skills and be able to bring their own uniqueness to the role.

Salary & Benefits:

• €60,000 DOE
• Car parking on site.

Duties:

• Working closely and building relationships with suppliers.
• Staff training.
• Rostering alongside Acting Manager.
• Providing a high level of customer service.
• Facility’s management.
• Ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the building and surrounding areas.
• Maintaining a safe environment for staff and its customers.
• Maintaining stock levels
• Report directly into senior management.
• Attending weekly & monthly meetings – (reporting at them)

Requirements:

• Looking a fun and energic individual.
• Must have Customer Facing experience of at least 8/10 years.
• First Aid (not essential)
• Will need to be Garda Vetted (Essential) – we can process it.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Fluent English a must.
• Available to work every second weekend.
• Been able to manage a large head count of staff.
