At Osborne we are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join Ireland’s leading insurance company based in South Dublin.

You will join a really welcoming team who collaborate and work close together to achieve the team’s objectives. You will play a vital role in the smooth running of the office and operations.

 Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing and promoting best practice Health & Safety standards
  • Manage the building and equipment maintenance schedules
  • Test building security systems and prepare for emergencies by creating action plans
  • Planning for future building space and supply needs of an organization
  • Communicate daily with supply vendors and update company executives regularly
  • Work with Management and employees in a positive way to ensure the working environment is clean and tidy
  • Assist with booking of flights/meeting for our Senior Management Team and overseas Executives.
  • Provision of administration support to the Head of HR and HR Business Partner
  • Enhance employee experience through Sports and Social committee to drive sustainable engagement & participation

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • Ideally some HR exposure
  • First class interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
  • Flexible approach, ability to adapt to evolving environment
  • Microsoft Excel and Word essential at intermediate level (Formats, designing own Spread sheets, Mail-merge or email merge)
  • Excellent attention to details is a key attribute of this role
  • A proven ability to maintain a very high standard of quality and accuracy
  • Ability to deal with and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Dealing effectively with internal and external customers by displaying a professional and empathic approach including patience and discretion
  • Able to cope with pressure of peak workloads through good planning & time management skills
