Corporate Engagement & Partnerships Manager


Our client is a not-for-profit organization. They are looking to recruit a Corporate Engagement & Partnerships Manager.

This role will suit a professional and highly organised individual.

The Corporate Engagement & Partnerships Manager will work closely with senior team members.

  • Meeting agreed income targets and quarterly KPIs
  • Identifying network and market opportunities; including suitable high-value and long term partnerships
  • Managing existing partnerships and building positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Maximising potential income and reaching monthly targets
  • Developing corporate engagement opportunities
  • Delivering presentations and status reports as necessary for stakeholders
  • Working closely with team members on key events and appeals
  • Any other ad-hoc managerial duties that may be required



  • 3+ years’ proven track record in a team lead/management position within a relevant role
  • A third level qualification in business, marketing, sales or a related discipline is preferred
  • Previous experience in consistently delivering on financial targets and meet agreed KPIs
  • Excellent relationship management skills with proven experience in account management and/or donor management
  • A working knowledge of the not for profit/charity sector and of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives
  • Previous experience in identifying and engaging corporate prospects
  • An innovative thinker with strong business and commercial acumen
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • A full clean driving license and own car
  • Willingness to attend fundraising events outside of normal working hours
