Sales Office Administrator

Osborne Recruitment are offering an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established client who specializes in chemical formulations and products who is looking for an Sales Office Administrator with 3 years experience administration experience.

Location: Little Island, Cork
This is a full time permanent role
Salary: €30,000 – €32,000 DOE

What you will be doing:

  • Reception duties
  • Keep updated inventory records
  • Managing incoming calls and emails and redirecting these as required.
  • Taking sales orders and updating any amendments
  • Invoicing, purchase orders and taking payments
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Liaising with production and couriers for deliveries
  • Ad hoc admin duties as required.

What you will need:

  • 3 years experience in an administration role 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Client focused, enthusiastic and a quick learner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
  • Good Attention to detail.
