HR Administrator – Permanent – Dublin 3


Osborne are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading client based in Dublin 3, in the recruitment of a HR Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and personable individual looking to further their career in the area of HR.


The successful candidate with have strong administrative skills and enjoy working to deadlines. This is a full time permanent position and offers hybrid working options.


Confidentiality and discretion are key attributed for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support to the HR team, requiring excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

  • Maintain employee records and files
  • Update organisational charts
  • Co-ordination of meetings and minute taking
  • Assist with reports and presentations
  • Organise interviews and liaise with applicants
  • Manage time and attendances
  • Assist with inductions for new starters


Requirements of the HR Administrator:

  • Strong administration/secretarial skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High levels of confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
